CORE is designed to help companies drive continual improvement of their Global Shop Solutions system at discounted prices. Support is a client guided set of hours that can be used for Emergencies, general support, training, consulting, or development customizations.
CORE CPR is our comprehensive performance review. This analysis tool provides us valuable information in terms of how well you are using your ERP to support, improve, and automate your processes. It also provides an initial baseline when we are starting so we can qualify growth and improvement. It is designed to help us uncover pain points and areas of opportunity for improvement.
CORE Support is essentially at its base prepaid hours. These hours can be used at the companies discretion, and they are a discounted price of one standard hour. On-site, emergency, or after-hours rates will be consumed at the multiplier that equals their dollar value above our standard rate. Hours expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Extensions to expiration may be available upon request and are at the discretion of OYBI.
