How long are the program periods?
The program period is 12 months.
Is it a calendar year?
No, it is based on a 12-month period starting when you purchase it.
What happens to any hours I don't use?
Unused hours do not roll over and are lost at the end of the 12 month time frame. We work hard to make the most of your available hours.
Does this automatically renew?
No, this program does not automatically renew. Each year we want to be able to discuss if you need to move up, or down, or out of this program completely.
Is there a contract?
Our quotes have always acted as our contract for services, and they will continue to be the basis for our scope of work and a reference for our obligation to clients.
Who needs to be involved?
Any stakeholders who want to drive improvement in the company and who want to see better utilization of the ERP system to benefit both employees and the bottom line.
Can I move hours around?
There are certain categories of hours that we don't allow to be reallocated, and then others in the same category can be. If you move hours from one category to another, they move at the rate of 2 to 1.
Can I cancel this agreement?
Yes, you can cancel it. We require a 30-day notice in writing. We will then process the total hours consumed and issue a refund or final invoice, depending.
