CORE support is simply a rebranding of our block hours. We have created these block hours to be open and flexible in terms of how they are used. You can use them for customization projects, support, training, or configuration support. Unlike CORE Improvement, there is no focus on goals or improvement of the system, or dedicated time to look at the processes or your team's development. This is pure and simple: hours priced at a bulk discount.

How long are the hours good for?

Hours are good for 12 months. Any unused hours do not roll over at the end of that 12-month period.

Are hours based on a calendar year?

No, hours are based on the date of purchase and extend for 365 days from that date.

Can I use these hours to help answer questions about how the system works?

Yes, you can use the hours and apply them however you want towards the needs of your team, company, and/or system.

What is the maximum number of hours I can buy?

The largest pre-packaged block we sell is 150. We can discuss larger blocks, but typically, if a company is looking to get more hours than 150, we are looking at our CORE Improvement program. That becomes more effective and of much greater value to you.
