An Odoo Partner is an outside contractor certified by Odoo as being able to customize, implement, and/or integrate Odoo for you. They are assigned either at the time of inquiry or by choice of implementation.

There is a lot you should expect from your partner. They should be knowledgeable in our industry, bring value, and provide a basic level of support and service as an Odoo client. They should be proactive, goal-driven, and positive members of your team. You shouldn’t have to always be reaching out to them, or attempt several times to establish contact or get a response to questions or needs. You should  never feel neglected or unsure of their dedication to you or their skill level and ability to benefit your company.

Remember, your partner is paid a commission based on what you pay to Odoo. If you are not getting value out of that relationship, you can choose who your partner is. Switching is always free.
